What we evaluate
- Construction: comfort layers, support core, cover, height, and firmness choices.
- Published standards: certifications are linked or attributed to their issuer or manufacturer.
- Policy friction: trial minimums, pickup costs, shipping, setup, and warranty exclusions.
- Fit direction: likely tradeoffs based on material behavior—not comfort guarantees.
- Value structure: what the shopper pays extra for and which lower-cost compromises are meaningful.
What we refuse to fake
- No “tested for 30 nights” language without a real documented test.
- No medical promises or guaranteed pain relief.
- No copied customer testimonials presented as our experience.
- No ranking based only on commission rate.
- No hiding meaningful drawbacks below the purchase button.
How affiliate relationships work
Some links may compensate us if a reader purchases. That does not change the reader’s price. Commercial relationships can influence which products are available for coverage, but they do not permit false testing claims or removal of material drawbacks. See the full affiliate disclosure.
